No file or test is named; first locate the current MOTD and the install entry point in the repository. Compare the existing installation flow with the supplied TypeScript snippet and verify the new welcome output appears during installation without disrupting completion. Done means the MOTD is replaced and the documented npm run dev hint is shown.
