With #1803 we will be marking `UninitializedSandbox` and `SandboxConfiguration` as deprecated for `v0.18`. We should remove them from the public API on `v0.19`.

Start by locating the public exports and usages of `UninitializedSandbox` and `SandboxConfiguration`, then review the deprecation work in #1803. Done means both names are no longer part of the public API for v0.19 and the relevant project checks still pass.
