In #1725, #1746 and #1760 we introduced a `SandboxBuilder` to superseed `UninitializedSandbox` and `SandboxConfiguration`.
That got released in `v0.17`. We should mark the old API as deprecated for `v0.18` so that downstream consumers get a warning when using it.
