Suggestion: Have an 'end date'

Current this runs until the heat death of the universe. It would be nice to have the ability to stop repeating on a date or after X times.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Read the issue discussion, then locate the plugin's repeat-scheduling implementation and determine how date-based and count-based stopping should work; done means repetitions can stop using either limit without affecting ongoing schedules.
