Support SOTA Difussion Based talking head repos like Echomimic if not already supported

I have seen that Hugging Face doesnt have much of the Talking Head Repositories under its hood. Would love to contribute and integrate it within the diffusers pipeline.

Start by reviewing the EchoMimic repository and the existing diffusers pipeline integrations to understand how this talking-head model is structured and what compatibility work would be required. The scope is complete when EchoMimic is supported as a diffusers pipeline with its required behavior integrated and verified.
