countrycodepicker doesn't show in xml for android studio Chipmunk

I tried using this library for my project but it couldnt reslove it in the xml, at first I thought it was an issue related to android studio Chipmunk but it wasn't other libraries work fine.

I still think am doing something wrong but other Third party libraries work fine
