Default Country to be empty

In case if I don't want the default country to be set by auto-detect or anything and leave it as empty, Is that possible? I have tried many ways by setting autodetect country as false but somehow sets the default country to my location?

No source file or test is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the behavior with country autodetection disabled, then trace where the default country is initialized; the change is done when the picker can remain empty instead of selecting the user's location.
