ThreadScope does not build

Reproduire le build avec Stack sur Ubuntu 21.10 au commit d70f45eb1d6a5dab13d4ea338d58d91389b77bd4. Commencer par les échecs du prétraitement de cairo et glib, en particulier les erreurs lexicales signalées dans l’en-tête C de cairo-gtk2hs.i et glib-object.i. La tâche est terminée lorsque la branche master de ThreadScope se construit correctement sans ces erreurs.
