ThreadScope does not build

Reproduce the build with Stack on Ubuntu 21.10 at commit d70f45eb1d6a5dab13d4ea338d58d91389b77bd4. Start with the cairo and glib preprocessing failures, especially the reported C-header lexical errors in cairo-gtk2hs.i and glib-object.i. Done means the ThreadScope master branch builds successfully without these errors.
