Failure recovering connection on Windows

Most pertinent: compiling and running [this program](https://gist.github.com/23Skidoo/c8d6ab1684ea11195a04) with GHC 7.8.3 produces the following on my Windows 8.1 x64 machine. I have tried to reproduce on VMs but can't.

Commencez par le programme de reproduction lié et exécutez sous Windows la commande GHC 7.8.3 indiquée, en vous concentrant sur l’étape de récupération de la connexion après la redirection HTTP. L’issue ne mentionne aucun fichier ni test du dépôt ; le travail est terminé lorsque la requête Windows n’échoue plus avec l’erreur de socket signalée et que le comportement est couvert par un test de régression approprié.
