Failure recovering connection on Windows

Most pertinent: compiling and running [this program](https://gist.github.com/23Skidoo/c8d6ab1684ea11195a04) with GHC 7.8.3 produces the following on my Windows 8.1 x64 machine. I have tried to reproduce on VMs but can't.

Comienza con el programa de reproducción enlazado y ejecuta en Windows el comando de GHC 7.8.3 mostrado, centrándote en el paso de recuperación de la conexión después de la redirección HTTP. El issue no menciona ningún archivo ni prueba del repositorio; el trabajo se considera terminado cuando la solicitud de Windows ya no falla con el error de socket indicado y el comportamiento está cubierto por una prueba de regresión adecuada.
