Serve Ignite cache configurations from config server

If config server is not able to load common ignite cache configuration, add common Ignite configurations in yaml files and use them to inject @Configuration instance which holds all configurations to start Ignite using IgniteConfigurations

Start by tracing the config server path that loads common Ignite cache configuration and inspect the @Configuration and IgniteConfigurations entry points mentioned in the issue. Identify where the YAML files belong and verify that the resulting configuration is injected to start Ignite when the config server cannot load the common settings.
