Charts[Setup]: update cluster-setup to use default namespace for minio subchart instead of the namespace of cluster-setup

currently minio's has no namespace override capabilities: https://github.com/minio/operator/blob/master/helm/operator/values.yaml

Inspect the cluster-setup Helm chart and the MinIO operator values linked in the issue, starting with how the subchart namespace is currently selected. Confirm that MinIO uses its default namespace rather than the cluster-setup namespace, then validate the rendered chart configuration.
