Event timeline fix

If possible, the "application period ends" thing in the timeline could always have a higher priority on the timeline than the event itself. Atm the app organizes all the steps of the event automatically based on the date+time, but in online events it's good to stretch the application period so that it continues over the starting point of the event (so mainly a cosmetic thing).


Comienza localizando la representación de la línea temporal de eventos y la lógica que ordena los pasos por fecha y hora. Reproduce el caso de evento online mostrado en la imagen adjunta y, después, verifica que el final del período de solicitud permanezca visualmente por encima del inicio del evento cuando los períodos se solapen.
