Create a Guide/Template: Strategy and vision for your project

We need to create a guide to establish the strategy and vision for projects so that every project has one and team members are aligned.

Open the wiki page in a new tab, copy the instructions for each part into the section labeled 'Tasks' at the bottom of this issue, and complete each task listed.
