Move Zoom 4 meetings to another Zoom room (if possible)

We need to free up Zoom 4 so that it can be used for research

Details

Zoom 4 is only available for teams as a last resort. Meaning that zoom 1 2 & 3 are not available at that time. That way we can use it for making research appointment blocks. If you need to use it for research, please reach out to admin.

Action Items

• Review teams that have meetings setup in Zoom 4
• See if those meetings are on all the places that they need to be (Zoom setup Spreadsheet, Team calendar)
• See if there is another zoom room that they could use
• Write up findings in a comment
• Write to team on Slack.
