Workflow Modeling: Figma

### Overview
We need to model the Figma management workflows, so that we can automate and/or train new people to do them.

- [ ] Turn video transcript into step-by-step process confirmation
- [ ] Perform feasibility analysis to determine if automation possible, considering technology, time, and cost

Beginne mit der Checkliste der Aufgaben und der verlinkten Vorlage für den Leitfaden. Identifiziere anschließend die bekannten Figma-Workflows und stimme dich mit dem Mitglied des Admin-Teams ab, das diese ausführt. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn die Workflows dokumentiert, die Transkripte in bestätigte Schritt-für-Schritt-Prozesse umgewandelt, die Machbarkeit bewertet wurde und für jeden Prozess entweder eine Automatisierung oder ein Leitfaden vorhanden ist.
