Enatega Customer Application in Customer Support option Whatsapp Button show up there a ERROR Message there for example when the Whatsapp Application is not downloaded or available in phone show a message Download Whatsapp First !

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Profile' menu button.
See the heading Quick Links then Click on 'Customer Support' option.
At the bottom of that FAQs screen , the Need More Help ? button.
Right at the moment when we click the Need More Help button, it should show up the message Download Whatsapp First !
Expected behavior
When clicking to contact us button it should show an error message in case when Whatsapp is not downloaded or available in user phone.

Start by reproducing the issue in the customer application through Profile, Customer Support, the FAQs screen, and Need More Help. Test the contact action when WhatsApp is unavailable; done means the app shows “Download Whatsapp First !” instead of an error or failed action.
