The default [_should_retry](https://github.com/googleapis/python-storage/blob/04b01ed07d3541a74fbe7de1f4bff95ed62cd311/google/cloud/storage/retry.py#L62) predicate is currently private. If there is another error that users wish to handle, the options are accessing the private member or rewriting its contents manually. Would be worth considering to make it public so that it's easily extendable.
