説明
Spanner supports [PROTO columns](https://cloud.google.com/spanner/docs/reference/standard-sql/data-types#protocol_buffer_type) but it doesn't look like the dialect has support for creating models with PROTO columns, querying them, etc.
It'd be helpful to at least be able to define and query the columns, even if users still have to maintain the proto bundles manually themselves.
Some help with managing the proto bundles through alembic or such a would be a very nice to have!
