説明
Add `true` config in `mvn-compiler-plugin`. This would require a bit of source level adjustments for compilation to pass
There have been a few PRs/Issues created to address compiler warnings before:
- https://github.com/googleapis/gax-java/pull/1633
- https://github.com/googleapis/gapic-generator-java/issues/1306
The changes required look to be breaking changes, so we would need to plan this for the next major release.
