説明
The `java-common-protos` and `java-iam` directories only contain proto and grpc classes, which are not tested in this repo. Therefore, they should be excluded from the SonarCloud scan to prevent misleading failures, such as: https://github.com/googleapis/sdk-platform-java/pull/1937/checks?check_run_id=16314868442
