We need to bring the Async Client Default Options in line with the gRPC client default options. For example, we should be using direct path when we can detect we are running within GCP.

まず、GCP 内で実行する場合に direct path がどのように選択されるかに重点を置いて、GCS Async Client のデフォルトオプションと gRPC クライアントのデフォルトオプションを比較します。GCP を検出できる場合に direct path が使用されることも含め、async のデフォルトが gRPC のデフォルトと一致すれば完了です。
