Zooming with the mouse wheel is way too sensitive

The mouse wheel in blocks is useless, because it's way too sensitive. Every time a student accidentally scrolls with the mouse, they either end up losing their program, or staring at one letter that is so big it takes up the whole screen. This sucks, and we should fix it.
