## Feature Request
The `RunConfig` in the ADK SDK supports an `avatar_config` parameter for configuring AI avatars in live sessions, but this is not currently accessible via the CLI for `adk web` or `adk api_server`.
## Proposed Change
Add an `--avatar_config` flag to the CLI server commands to allow users to provide avatar configurations (as a JSON string or file path).
