Timeout after unsuccesful pushing to repo

**Describe the bug**
Push popup will hang on the "Preparing" stage of remote progress when trying to push with failing network connectivity .

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Attempt to push a commit , enter credentials if needed
2. Wait at progress bar for "Preparing"

**Expected behavior**
Pushing popup to timeout and display error message for not being able to connect to remote after n many attempts after n seconds

**Context (please complete the following information):**

- OS/Distro + Version: Debian Linux 11 x86
- GitUI Version 0.24.3
- Rust version: 1.79

**Additional context**
For clarification, I encountered this while using my mobile hotspot in a place with less mobile connectivity.

L’issue ne mentionne aucun fichier ni aucun test. Commencez par reproduire un push avec une connectivité réseau défaillante et suivez la progression du remote pendant qu’il reste à l’état "Preparing" ; le travail est terminé lorsque le push s’arrête après la période configurée de retry ou de timeout et affiche une erreur expliquant que le remote n’a pas pu être atteint.
