Timeout after unsuccesful pushing to repo

**Describe the bug**
Push popup will hang on the "Preparing" stage of remote progress when trying to push with failing network connectivity .

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Attempt to push a commit , enter credentials if needed
2. Wait at progress bar for "Preparing"

**Expected behavior**
Pushing popup to timeout and display error message for not being able to connect to remote after n many attempts after n seconds

**Context (please complete the following information):**

- OS/Distro + Version: Debian Linux 11 x86
- GitUI Version 0.24.3
- Rust version: 1.79

**Additional context**
For clarification, I encountered this while using my mobile hotspot in a place with less mobile connectivity.

Empieza reproduciendo un push con una conectividad de red defectuosa y sigue el progreso del remoto mientras permanece en "Preparing"; la tarea estará terminada cuando el push se detenga después del período configurado de reintentos o timeout y muestre un error que explique que no se pudo alcanzar el remoto.
