When entering Chinese information, the pop-up window does not follow the cursor

When entering Chinese information, the pop-up window does not follow the cursor.

ソースファイル、テスト、エントリポイントは特定されていません。まず、GitUI 0.22.1 を macOS 13.1 上で Alacritty 0.12.1 とともに使用し、issue に記載された中国語入力時の挙動を再現してから、送信情報ポップアップとカーソル位置決めの挙動を追跡してください。中国語の情報を入力している間、ポップアップがカーソルに追従し、プロジェクトに適用可能なテスト箇所がある場合は、その挙動が回帰テストでカバーされていれば完了です。
