support auto-complition for emoji

please support emojis for commit messages. whenever we press `:` in the commit modal, let's open a dialog for emojis and select one of them.

コミットモーダルとそのテキスト入力フローを特定し、次に gitui の他の箇所で選択可能なダイアログがどのように実装されているかを確認します。利用可能な選択肢の参照として gitmoji リストを使用します。`:` を押すと絵文字ピッカーが開き、絵文字を選択するとコミットメッセージに挿入されれば完了です。ターミナル UI で動作を手動で確認します。
