Game broken

When attempting to access this at https://githubschool.github.io/github-games-mkaminch, I am getting a 404. This could be caused by a couple things:

- GitHub pages needs to be enabled on master. You can fix this in the repository settings.
- the index.html file is incorrectly named inde.html. We will fix this together in class.

Can you please fix the first bullet @mkaminch?

Start with the repository's GitHub Pages settings and check whether Pages is enabled for the master branch, as requested in the first bullet. Verify the site URL afterward and confirm that the 404 is resolved; the body also mentions index.html versus inde.html as a separate possibility, but asks specifically for the Pages setting.
