feature: Support Unicode Braille Patterns

I'm surprised these aren't already supported, they're such a common (albeit old-school) terminal rendering tool. Unicode range: `U+2800..U+28FF`. I'm not sure there's much work to do to include them, just adjusting sizing I'd think. But I'm no font designer!
