Status Bar Indicator

Changing to another Activity Bar pane is a little bit of a nuisance! A very minor one, I know!

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The ability to view the currently workflow status in the status bar would be great!

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by inspecting the extension's existing Activity Bar workflow-status UI and its activation flow, then determine what status-bar information and update behavior are needed. Done means the current workflow status is visible in the VS Code status bar and remains synchronized as it changes.
