Status Bar Indicator

Changing to another Activity Bar pane is a little bit of a nuisance! A very minor one, I know!

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The ability to view the currently workflow status in the status bar would be great!

Start by inspecting the extension's existing Activity Bar workflow-status UI and its activation flow, then determine what status-bar information and update behavior are needed. Done means the current workflow status is visible in the VS Code status bar and remains synchronized as it changes.
