**Describe the bug**
Every now and then when reloading VSCode I will get this error:
`Activating extension 'github.vscode-github-actions' failed: fetch failed.`

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Reload VSCode with `workbench.action.reloadWindow`
2. Get lucky (unlucky?)
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
Extension starts every time with no problems
