An option to delete a workflow run

I think it would be great if we could delete a workflow run, the same way we can delete a variable/secret from the VS Code.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A delete button to the right of the run.

None

Start at the workflow-run list and compare it with the existing variable or secret deletion UI mentioned in the issue. Add the requested delete control to the right of a run and verify that deleting a run removes it from the list.
