When running a new workflow, you have to manually click refresh and there are not automatic updates.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
When I re-run a workflow, I see the steps progress:

When I run a new workflow, I have to hit refresh to see it:

**Expected behavior**
Running a new workflow should work similarly to re-running a workflow and update the UI without needing to manually hit the refresh button.

Reproduisez la différence entre l’exécution d’un nouveau workflow et la réexécution d’un workflow, notamment la nécessité d’utiliser le bouton de refresh. Suivez les chemins de l’UI de l’extension pour démarrer un nouveau workflow, réexécuter un workflow et actualiser ; la tâche est terminée lorsqu’un workflow nouvellement démarré se met à jour comme un workflow réexécuté, sans actualisation manuelle.
