GitHub Copilot for Jira: Pubic Preview

### Value Prop

Many engineering teams live in Jira to plan, triage, and assign work, yet they have to leave Jira to actually kick off implementation with Copilot coding agent. This release brings Copilot coding agent into Jira, so you can assign our coding agent to a Jira work item (from the assignee dropdown or via @mention) and let it start working with the right task context.

### Expected Outcome

Less friction between planning and shipping. Teams can delegate well scoped coding tasks to Copilot directly from Jira, and still keep code review and merging in GitHub. The result can lead to a smoother workflow for Jira centric teams and faster progress from “assigned” to “PR ready for review”.
