With `ToolExecutionCompleteContentShellExit` added on `CLI Pre-release 1.0.66-2` as well as deprecation message for `ToolExecutionCompleteContentTerminal` , we should remove `ToolExecutionCompleteContentTerminal` at some point in the future.
