Feature request:  /resume  and  /session  should support filtering by current working directory

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Currently,  /resume  and  /session  list ALL sessions across every project/directory I've ever worked in, with no way to scope the list to the current repo/cwd. This makes it hard to find the right session to resume when I have many sessions across different projects.

Proposed solution

Requested behavior:

• By default,  /resume  and  /session  should show only sessions started in (or associated with) the current working directory / repo.
• Provide a flag or toggle (e.g.  /resume --all ) to view sessions from all directories when needed.
• Same behavior for  copilot --resume  from the CLI flag.

This would make session resumption much faster and less error-prone for users who work across multiple repositories.
