v1.0.81 broke compatibility with chroma-mcp

The update from GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.80 to v1.0.81 broke compatibility with https://github.com/chroma-core/chroma-mcp

Expected behavior

The chroma-mcp server should connect and MCP tools should be available.

Bắt đầu với đường dẫn kết nối MCP và bản tái hiện mcp-config.json được nêu trong issue, sau đó so sánh hành vi khởi tạo giữa GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.80 và v1.0.81. Sử dụng lỗi handshake của native_connector đã được ghi lại và chroma-mcp@0.2.6 để xác minh sự không tương thích giao thức.
