### Describe the bug

Recent changes made the tool to behave like a GUI, not a TUI.

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.72-0.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Repro Steps:
Call /skills, try to select any text from the interface

Observed Results:
You can't select any text for copy

### Expected behavior

Anything on the terminal needs to be selectable for a copy operation, otherwise you can't call yourself a terminal application.
