Show conversation title when in the conversation view

I want to see what conversation I'm looking at in the CLI without going to /session to view it

Proposed solution

Either at the top here or the bottom, I'd like to see the name of the conversation. It would be very helpful to context switch between simultaneous conversations

Running simultaneous conversations, whether within one terminal or multiple. It is hard to tell what the active conversation is about without typing /session to see the name.

Additional context

This could also be a good opportunity to augment the terminal title so I see "Copilot" instead of just "zsh"

Start in the CLI conversation view and compare it with the /session view, which currently exposes the conversation name. Determine where the active conversation is rendered and whether the terminal title is part of the same entry point. Done means the active conversation is identifiable while viewing it, with any terminal-title change matching the chosen scope.
