Show conversation title when in the conversation view

I want to see what conversation I'm looking at in the CLI without going to /session to view it

### Proposed solution

Either at the top here or the bottom, I'd like to see the name of the conversation. It would be very helpful to context switch between simultaneous conversations

Running simultaneous conversations, whether within one terminal or multiple. It is hard to tell what the active conversation is about without typing /session to see the name.

### Additional context

This could also be a good opportunity to augment the terminal title so I see "Copilot" instead of just "zsh"

Beginne in der CLI-Konversationsansicht und vergleiche sie mit der Ansicht /session, die derzeit den Namen der Konversation offenlegt. Ermittle, wo die aktive Konversation gerendert wird und ob der Terminaltitel Teil desselben Einstiegspunkts ist. Erledigt ist dies, wenn die aktive Konversation während der Anzeige identifizierbar ist und jede Änderung des Terminaltitels dem gewählten Umfang entspricht.
