Line wraps break URL links in Windows Terminal

### Describe the bug

When a URL is long and wraps to new lines, only the part on the first line was recognized as a link.

### Affected version

1.0.36

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Just paste a really long URL into Copilot CLI and click it.
For example, the following URL only opens `https://github.com/github/copilot-cli/issues?q=is%3Aissue`

It is correctly recognized if I paste it into Windows Terminal outside of CLI:

The full URL should be recognized by Windows Terminal

Reproduce the issue in Copilot CLI on Windows Terminal by pasting a long URL that wraps across lines, then compare it with the same URL pasted outside the CLI. Done means the full wrapped URL is recognized and opens rather than only the first-line portion.
