copilot v1.0.31
## Environment
- OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
- Install method: `curl -fsSL https://gh.io/copilot-install`
## Reproduction
- Start `copilot`
- Create 2+ sessions
- Restart `copilot`
- Run `/resume`, shows sessions -> works
- Run `/session`, shows only info from current session -> fails
