### Describe the bug
- Create a skill "my-test-skill"
- Then make sure it is loaded
- Start typing `/test`
- copilot-cli shows the skill
- press enter to select it results in `Unknown command /test`

`/my-test-skill` is selected and I d not need to type it manually
