Allow / commands (e.g. skills) mid prompt, not just at start

### Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Often while typing a prompt, I want to invoke a specific skill to steer the agent. Since the / shortcut only works at the start of the prompt, I have to copy the prompt, delete it, invoke the skill, then paste prompt after it.

### Proposed solution

Allow the / command within a prompt, just like how the @\ can be used within prompts, not just at the start
