Did someone leave on debug ouput?

### Describe the bug

For some reason, the nice CLI experience dissapeared. It no longer fades out thinking text and auto collapses when done, instead - it is lurting out streams of noisy text which seems to be a reversion to an early beta experience.

### Affected version

1.10 & 1.11

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Use the CLI, see endless streams of thinking out loud, often with a lot of waffle which is reducing confidence in the underlying system.

### Expected behavior

collapsed chain of thought, visible only whilst thinking/streaming inflight and faded out, as per how it was a week ago.
