Usability issue - scroll in terminal (Terminator)

### Describe the bug

Since the last version, the mouse scroll stopped scrolling up and down in the history of what the agent produce. Instead, it navigate thru the 'input' that were sent to the agent (which is completly useless). Other mouse behaviour were disabled by '--no-mouse' but that one stays.
It is not just the mouse scroll but also the scrolling that is entirely impossible

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. copilot --yolo --no-mouse
2. send something that will make the agent produce more than one page of content
3. Scroll up with the mouse (and even look the Terminator or Console, you will not be capable to scroll up and down)

### Expected behavior

* --no-mouse = no mouse at all
* scroll button scroll the terminal, not the inputs we gave the agent
* Even without the mouse scroll with normal click, scroll is accessible
