update hook payload to send session id

Copilot hook payload does not send session ID, and the only session logs I can find are in `~/.copilot/session-state`. There is absolutely no identifier to group events of a session together or an association between parent ID and event ID currently. There are random occurrences of "sessionId" in the sessionStart hook event payload, but it is not consistent and not linked to the other hook events.
